Environics Communications welcomes new practitioners to Technology practice

Toronto, February 19, 2009 – Environics Communications Inc. has added Kristen Marano and Natalie Hakim to the agency's Toronto office's Technology practice.

"Our technology practice continues to grow to meet the demands of clients targeting new opportunities in the online social media space," says Bruce MacLellan, President of Environics Communications. "We are delighted to welcome Kristen and Natalie to our team."

Prior to joining the team as an Account Coordinator, Kristen was a coordinator at a boutique consumer marketing PR firm where she gained experience working on a variety of Canadian lifestyle brands. In 2008 she was named Student of the Year by CPRS Toronto at the ACE Awards, and she has served with that organization's Board of Directors as its student representative.

Natalie Hakim also joins the practice as an Account Coordinator. Natalie's professional experience includes working at Canada's leading hospital as a patient liaison; and an internship at a national sports and entertainment management company where she provided communications support.
